Purposes and legal bases of data processing:

As soon as you visit our website, we save so-called log files. These log files record your IP address, the date and time of page access, the URL called up, the referrer URL, the browser you are using and its version as well as the version of the operating system you are using. We use this data to prevent misuse of our web pages and to enable you to visit our website smoothly and optimally. The legal basis for this processing is § 3 S. 1 Nr. 1 Niedersächsisches Datenschutzgesetz (NDSG) iVm. Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. e) DSGVO.

In principle, we keep your data for ourselves and make them available only to those employees who need them for their work within the scope of fulfilling their tasks.
